Default Some Great Vics For Sale In Florida

I stopped at Haus of Bikes & Trikes in Fort Myers, FL today. I've been to this former Victory dealer a few times previously and love their custom work. At the end of last year they moved to a much nicer and larger facility next door. I was glad to have stopped in today to look around and to talk to Mark their sales rep.

Here's a list of the used Victory's I saw for sale today. Each and every one of the bikes looked detailed and very nicely presented for sale. They all looked fantastic as do all the other bikes they have for sale.

2015 CCT, white/gray with the factory Garmin GPS and a trunk rack. Just over 20K miles at $12,495
(If I had the money I'd buy it to store for myself in case something were to happen to my 2012CCT)

2014 Vision, burnt orange/black graphics. Kuryakyn grips with the oem heated grips in the trunk plus a painted fender piece for when the trunk is removed. 18K miles

2016 Vegas, red, only 162 miles, yes, 162 offered at $10,900. This has what I think is the Victory swept exhaust pipes which look great on it.

2013 CCT Motor Trike conversion with electric reverse. 9500 miles offered at $22,900

Vegas Trike, matte black, massive rear tires and looks like it should be in movie or a tv show. Offered at $19,995

They have four Polaris Indians for sale as well. I think they were two RM's and two leather clad Chieftains with the leather trunks.

Two things stuck out when looking at the Polaris Indians.

1. The leather Polaris uses on these bikes does not hold up, not at all. The seats, saddlebags and trunks looked awful for bikes only one or two years old.

2. If anyone if/was torqued off by the depreciation of a Victory, they'll find no satisfaction from the resale of a Polaris Indian. Both the Roadmaster's looked showroom new (except for the lousy leather seats) and they lost $10 to $14K in under two years. Yikes. I can't imagine taking $600 to $800 a month in reduced worth. The paint and the chrome looked new on the Chieftains but wow, the poor leather quality really makes the bikes look awful.

Hopefully someone could find the Victory deal they're looking for. No, I have nothing in it for me regarding the bikes for sale.

PS - LOTS of late model H-D's for sale as well. A few with under 200 miles on them!

They had a factory GPS option?
Did not see that on any when I was shopping for mine.

GPS was an accessory item from Victory. I think it was a Garmin 660. As a GPS, by today's standard it's fairly 'old' technology. But it was able to hard wire directly into the CCT audio system which would have been nice at the time.

I find myself on fleabay and other motorcycle for sale sites looking for used XR's once or twice a month. I have been kicking around the idea of picking up a second one just in case something was to happen to my current XR.

Mine either. I wouldn't sell my 2012 CCT for $12,495 let alone this 2015. Then again, no one would likely give me $12,495 for my CCT. Regardless, I love it and want to keep it for many more years.

All the best,

Mark
