Default make some

You can always make some if you can not find some made already.Take some perferated steel, roll into a funnel shape, weld were the two ends meet and insert into the tail pipe. Hold it in place with a sheet metal screw or a bolt and nut. Or you can do the washer welded to a bolt or lolli-pop type restriction. Put a small hole in the tail pipe insert the lolly-pop into the hole and lock it into place with two nuts. You can turn the lolly-pop restrictor from wide open to flat across the pipe to adjust the noise. Now if that is still too loud you can put a bolt in the center hole of the washer. The washer will not make it perfectly quiet, but it can tone it down a bit and it can be done for cheap. ...Also ear plugs help.

Post a picture of those pipes or a link to them in a catalog. I'd like to see what you are dealing with.
