Here's your progression: 2003 Victory introduced the Vegas. 2004 they took the Vegas and added inverted forks, a wider 18" front wheel, floorboards, and full fenders...the Kingpin. 2005 they took the same front end added a second disc and a 250 rear and chopped the fenders...the Hammer. 2006 they took that 250 rear and put it on a Vegas...Vegas Jackpot. Over the years they have messed significantly with things like wheels, double discs, and mostly chrome to alter the pricing of the models. The original Jackpot had a LOT of chrome. The one bike they never made but should have (Kingpin is the closest) Vegas rear, Hammer front including double discs with the lightweight Factor X wheel (Hammer S) and chopped fenders. Basically a Hammer S with a Vegas rear end woulda been a hell of a bike.
