Default Victory's advertised HP/TQ drop!

Anyone else notice that the 2013 bikes are listed at lower HP/TQ than previous years? Without sounding too much like Kenan Thompson from SNL, what's up with that?!
My 2010 Hammer S was listed at 97/113 HP/TQ. The new Hammer (and all the cruisers for that matter) are listed at 110 TQ with no HP listed what-so-ever.

Possible emission changes or they are changing exhaust options or listing the base numbers?

What difference does it make? They are simply claimed numbers with no meaning in the real world. Harley claims torque and nothing else... Victory is following HD's lead on everything else, so hey, might as well.

Perhaps they dropped it so Indians claim of over 115 ft lbs tq is more impressive or perhaps emissions is taking a toll.

I was just wondering if anyone actually knew why. The Indian thing makes most sense to me. I would think if it were emissions we'd see a change in something physical on the bikes. But I don't know, again I was hoping someone had heard something or was "in the know."

I'll be headed to Lloydz with any new Vic I get anyway.
