I was originally looking at a used 2013 AG XC at my dealer with only 2k miles on it. (the original owner got it before the 15th anniversary XCT came out, then quickly traded it back in for that XCT).
Anyway, the used XC sold within a couple days, before I could get my sh!t together. $17,900 for a used. Probably more than I was going to pay for used anyway. I've purchased many bikes over the years from this dealer, and he knew that I was not happy about losing the opportunity to deal on this one.
So they had one new AG XC left. List $20,999. My price $18,200 OTD (rebate and special dealer coupon). So I ended paying about the same price for a new one, as what the used one sold for.
