Default Vic Handlebars - Different from others?

Do the Vic handlebars have special cutouts or some other thing that makes them unique or can any 1" handlebar work?

Thanks

I'm guessing they are different merely in the distance between the knurling where the risers attach. Could be wrong as I haven't verified.

Oh ya, that's right, they're 5" between risers whereas the HD's are 3.5" except for Springer bars which are also 5".
