Very interesting. Almost looks like it bolts onto the Ness K&N intake.

I am not sure what it bolts onto. He makes a lot of HD stuff and I back when told him about victory guys looking for stuff. He is a good guy and been doing it for a long time. His shop is in Myrtle beach SC.
