Thumbs down Reusable air filter

I purchased a used 1999 V92C, It has a K&N style air filter but it has blue end caps. Does anyone know what company made this filter? The air box has a few modifications ( lots of added holes) but I'm sure the filter is stock size.I wanted to clean and oil it with a K&N kit but not sure if this is a dry filter.

Thanks for your help in advance!

Mark

Blue caps tell me it is a white paper filter, and not a cleanable filter. The K&N filter would have black caps, and mesh screen over a cloth filter.
BTW ditch the upper and lower cover over the filter, and the bike will run better

The filter has a wire mesh over it. It is not a throw away.

If it is wire mesh covered then use the K&N recharge kit
