Sounds to me like your dealer might not be calling the right number. No one leaves their business phone unattended for MONTHS on end. C'mon now... do you really believe this?
They probably placed an internet order (like you could have done yourself), and never followed up like they are telling you. Or they call an old number that might have changed. Or they are not accounting for a different timezone (Kewlmetal is in AZ), or any other number of possibilities.
You should either call them yourself, or submit the info to Diamond above and he will help you out. In case you're not getting it, he wants to help, but you need to contact him with your info, it's not his job to email you and chase you around for the info... he's trying to help and does not work for Kewlmetal, so he's offering to do YOU a favor... so help him help you.
