Default Cruising Sounds

I've got an 09 Victory Vegas with a Deadcenter fairing (really nice fairing BTW) with Polk MM speakers and biketitan amp. Quite honestly it sounds pretty good but I was thinking about trying for just plain outstanding.

Has anyone ever tried wake tower speakers on their engine guards? Something along the line of this? - http://www.crutchfield.com/p_575M262...M262-WAKE.html -

I'm not set on anything and just trying to open my mind to some opportunities for excellent tunes while cruising. What has worked for you?

My concept of great sound when riding is that coming from the engine, the intake, the gears and the exhaust. A wonderful symphony to my ears. No need for tunes that sound far better in the comfort of my home.

Can't beat headphones and my iPhone... I have some Kicker ear buds that ran me about $75 and they are fantastic. I have the little volume control hangs near my collar bone... With fingerless gloves on I can turn it up, down or off while riding.
