That's exactly what I'm trying to eliminate the need to do...
If we have our own user sourced database then we don't need to call Rylan or Lloyd'z to ask for advice on this part or that part.
You could (a lot more easily) look at people with similar set ups and see which parts work well together and which parts don't.
I didn't want to admit which car forum it was but it was evoxforums.com
I used to have a ricer.. but man it was retarded fast all wheel drive sex on wheels.
I don't think you can access that with out being a member though. Its their dyno page.
One thing I didn't think about, was that their application is a lot easier because they are only one generation of one car, with very slight variances.
So maybe we could have different performance sections for different generations?
I just really like the way their forum is organized. I think any of you could go there and learn very quickly a lot about how to make an Evo X go fast reliably.
I know we can call lloyds or rylan but sometimes i just don't want to ask someone else or take their word for it. I like to make my own decision based off of the information and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Besides if i were a shop owner I wouldn't want my phones ringing off the hook answering questions about x intake or y intake for your specific set up, especially if it was a product i didn't sell or they were going to buy it online elsewhere anyway.
I think lloyds and rylan are great resources and can answer the very technical stuff, and lloyds has shown to create and design products that work. Let's let them focus on that.
Just my $.02
