Default No comments on 2012s?

I'm shocked that there haven't been comments yet....at least that I can find.

I like the all white in the Cross Country. I wasn't a big two tone fan. The lack of Vision 8 Ball in my eyes wasn't a giant lose...they took too much away from the bike to fit it into the 8 Ball series.

The Ness bikes are a bit....flashy?

I was hoping to see one of the X bikes in the 8 ball version. Doesnt look like a whole lot of change across the board to me. Maybe thats a good thing. If it aint broke, why fix it?

Other than some color changes on the cruisers; they're pretty much the same minus an 8 Ball here and there.

Seems like the biggest changes were on the XC with the addition of ABS, adjustable passenger pegs/floorboards, fairing and crash bar lowers on the XC, with two additions to the line up (XC Tour and XR Classic LE) and minus a couple of 8 Balls.

From my point of view there were 2 significant new designs out this year for Victory. The High Ball and the XR C LE. More importantly; there weren't many changes to the mechanics of the bikes other than the ABS which was an addition and not a change.

That tells me the Victory Motor Company is happy with the engine they have been producing for the last several years. I am too for that matter...

This is the way Polaris does things.They find a style or engine that WORKS and they leave it alone.Took them over 10yrs to change the GENIII aka Scrambler ATVs.This is a good thing to a point.Makes parts interchangeable for many yrs.

Now if they can find a happy place between dealers saying "We aren't competing against Harley Davidson" and all of their marketing comparing the bikes to Harley, they might be pretty impressed with the results.

With the exception of possibly Kawasaki, I can't think of any other manufacturer that has such a divide / lack of information / different philosophy of sales between the dealer and the manufacturer.

Hey, the XC improvements on the tourer is great. It becomes more like the H-D touring line with features and Price, but with more power, and looks Great. But coming from Yamaha's and always wanting a H-D, it is not the H-D Bikes that sells, it is "The Harley Thing" that sells. My Yamaha's were a better bike, but the belonging as a H-D Member and the fellowship as a member is something that is lacking in most other bike lines. To tell you the Truth, everyone compairs their bikes to Harley. Now, with saying that, the XC Tourer is a awsome looking bike and very smooth with lots of power and Victory Riders should be Proud of the bikes they ride. Later-

I own a harley and its been a great bike and more dependable than my GL1800 goldwing. The wing is up for sale and I thought I was set on buying a new vision but now I'm not so sure. We have test rode both the CC and the vision this past year. I showed my wife the pics of the new CCT and of he Vision. She feels the Vision reminds her to much of the wing and she likes the CCT much better with her fav being the Cross roads. I guess I can see her point in the Wing referance and the CR is out of the lineup for us. We like to do long hauls and the CCT and Vision offer more for our type of ridiing. Anyway, now I have no idea which I will buy once the wing sells. I guess I will need to wait to see a CCT and take my wife on a test ride of it and a vision to decide. I do wish they had changed up to a hydaulic cutch and Electric WS on the Tour but thats just me.

I've had 8 Harley's and the '11 XC is the best road bike I've owned. Not saying the HD's where bad. Just that the XC is better. I especially like the reliability and ease of maintenance which is 98% keeping it clean, 1% checking the air in the tires, and 1% changing the oil every 5k miles.

I don't count the time tinkering with stuff. That's just something I like to do.

All the "touring" bikes. So, vision models, and the XR and XC...
But, the ABS isn't worth another $1k to me...
