Default modified seat

Have just completed a 1350 mile tour of Scotland on my Vegas 8 ball and can only criticise the shape of the seat really. The bike was faultless, fitted with topbox and screen (national cycle),I did not suffer the stiff shoulders/neck that I had done with previous bikes but the shape of the seat with the low back meant I was locked into one position. Has anyone modified their seat to increase padding at the rear to slightly flatten it out.

2008 Suzuki B King,2010 Vegas 8 Ball,2006 BMW Z4.

Default seat mod

You have to find someone to help you with it. Aftermarket seats are about as bad. I really think you are better off modifying the one you have with a good upholsterer. I've got a garage full of seats and in a couple of weeks I'm going to a place where the guy does it in one day....won't work for you bc of your location but it can make all the difference; also consider highway pegs

Having my seat redone was one of the first things I did to my JP. Here's a thread with some before & after pics of my seat:
