Default Quick Gas Tank Question

I need to get a an inch more space to get at the throttle linkage and was wondering if I can left the back of my gas tank up about an inch without having to remove it?

I have the seat off and it looks like if I removed the two back tank bolts I could prop the back of the tank up a bit. Is this true or am a off base. Thanks for a quick response.

If you can't tell I'm new to Victory. Always rode Yamaha and knew those bikes inside and out. Not a huge learning curve but they certainly are different.

Yes, just lift it up and stick a short piece of 2x4 in there.
