Question Loose Highway pegs

Hi,
I recently took my highway pegs apart to give them a good cleaning. I am now having trouble getting them to stay tight. One in particular vibrates loose and its clevis pin turns on the mounting arm. Anyone know how to correct this issue? LockTite? They are Kuryakyn Longhorn offset pegs.

Thanks.
