Default Curious

I will be in Vegas in a couple weeks, and plan to finally visit a Victory dealer and look closely at and compare features. Not sure if I will test ride there or wait till I get home and visit the local store for that.
Im down to either the xct or vision, but the more I look at the xct the more im wondering if the trunk on them is the lock and ride type making them removable?

The trunk on XCT is lock and ride and can be removed in a couple of minutes. If you opt for the Vision Tour the trunk can be removed but it takes much longer an requires the installation of a cover plate.

WOW....more storage then a vision and the "easy" option of trunk removal for around town runs.........this is becomeing a rather easy choice.......now if the settlement check would just get approved and sent!!!!!

I ride a Vision and the wife rides a CR. you really need to ride both before making a decision. If you can find a Vision sport to ride do that too. Granted you can haul a family of 5 on the CCT but the wife might prefer the Vision for buffeting. If you ride solo all the time then the Vision has plenty of storage.

ATGATT because walking away in disgust is better than riding away in an ambulance.

The Vision is far from being out of the running. Ive tried to research storage on Harley and if my math is close they have roughly 29 gallons. That being said the wife and I were able to pack more then enough to handle our needs including the hair dryer and small coffee pot. Personaly speaking, I like the Vision's comfort and out of the box styling, but with 21 gallons, its less then the Harley (unless my math is off) so hair dryer and coffee pot would have to stay behind.
We will be riding both for sure, and maybe a couple we didnt plan on just for giggles.
I have to dig out the gear thats been packed for 2 years and see if its good to go...hahaha

Had to redo the math and edit this........it was only fair to Harley.
