Default trans knocking

I recently purchased an 06 Touring Cruiser with 3500 miles, In neutral, engine running there is a noticeable knocking/ rattling in the trans, with the trans in gear and a light load on the clutch, it is quiet. This is louder than any of the other bikes I've had, I've had three other Touring Cruisers all 04's. The dealer said it was normal but it seems to be excessive. is there a fix? Thanks

could be compensator sprocket. Best would be pull primary cover and look inside

I've discovered these engines makes noises and the noise changes based on various situations and scenarios.

If you got some good fluids in there, right gas, bikes rides well, just get some ear plugs and have fun.
