Default Belt Guard

Hi Guy's,

I know this could be classified as a dumb question, but i would like to know why would Victory have Rubber Grommets with Metal Sleaves on the Belt Guard were the bolts attach the Guard to the bike, when the old way was to just use spring washers, bolts and nuts ?

After all it's just a belt guard.

Any Proffessors out there

Cheers

Your old way with spring washers and nuts and bolts in time world break.
New way the rubber grommets absorb the vibration making for long life.
