Default Clutch issue?

I have an 08 Vegas Low with hardly any miles on it. I've noticed recently (especially this morning) that I have to let the clutch almost all the way out before it disengages. Is this a problem anyone else has had? Any ideas?

Thanks,
Scott

sounds like your clutch cable needs to be adjusted,
refer to your owners manuel.

Seems like if you have to let it out that far, that you should have a bunch of slop or "free play" in your clutch lever. There should only be about a dime's thickness of play.

I'll check out the freeplay and see what I have. Seems like it isn't that much, but I can't think off the top of my head. Then I'll check out the owners manual and see if I can figure out how to adjust it. Thanks for the input.

Default I have no answer.

My 08 Vegas does the same and mine is hydraulic. I bought the bike with 457 miles, now it has 4500. I would like an answer if anyone can help.
