Default Blown ACM?

I misconnected some wires during my handlebar install and blew up something. My left blinker no longer works. It does flash on the gauge saying the blinker is on, but no flasher light, and it makes a buzzing sounds on the '10Amp Flasher Module'(located under the seat). I replaced the flasher module, but it changed nothing and is still buzzing when I hit the left turn signal. right side flasher works fine. Fuses look good, so maybe the ACM got partially blown? Any ideas?
