Default Any Victory dealers able to do bench programming?

I want to get a spare ECM for my bike so I can send LLoydz my ECM to get the speed limiter removed. So I was wondering if any dealers can programing an ECM on the bench?

Like if I picked up a used ECM on ebay can I take it to the dealer and have them program my factory tune with VIN in it?

I am told I cannot run a different vin ECM in the Hammer because the ECM's are VIN locked.

Just wondering because we bench tune car ECM's all the time.

Only reason I want to do this is because I don't want my bike down for the 2 weeks while I send and wait for my ECM to get flashed.

Thanks!

Call Lloydz and ask how long it will take. Bit the bullet send it to him and sit on your hands and wait for it to come back
