The ElectroSport stator you linked to is a replacement for the original 23 amp stator - they cite p/n 4060654, which is the original '99 stator. They do have the 38 amp stator for the later engines (listed as Part #: ESG798) which replaces OEM p/n 4010436.
As to the flywheel / rotor, the '99 uses p/n 3031005, while the 38 amp system on the '02-'06 92 CI Freedom engines uses p/n 3021197. My parts manual collection only goes up to '04, so I can't speak to the 100 inch engines.
I don't recall if the upgrade kit had rotor, stator, and regulator, but I'm inclined to think it did... You'd likely need all three components, in addition to the stator cup (a cup-shaped aluminum piece that serves to direct oil, IIRC - comes with the upgrade kit) and maybe a wiring harness adapter.
