Default Help With Cam Tensioner

Front jug has an unusual mechanical noise at start up on my 2011 Kingpin and every once and a while at idle. I'm thinking it the cam tensioner. I know they don't usualy go bad but several have so I figure I'll change it. Got new one in and took old one out. Now the question.... How do I get the hydraulic tensioner out of the body of the cap that screws into the jug? Spins freely, but will not pull out.....

It's just in there with suction from the oil. A quick hit of air in the feed hole will pop it out

I'm not an asshole...I just type that way

Mine had a thin clip ring around the pin on the inside. Just put the shaft in a vice and yank on the cap. It will pop out

Air did the trick. Was still in there pretty good. Thanks!
