Default Cam question

Hi, I have a 08KP and do I need to remove the rear head to change the cam? It doesnt look like theres enough room. I've searched and could not find anything.

You can change the cams with the motor in the bike. It's TIGHT.

Anybody have any pics or a step by step on doing
A cam swap? Any advice or info would be appreciated.

I did one for the X-series bikes (cross country and cross roads) and it will work on the Vision as well. My write will help you get it done for the steel frame bikes once you figure out how to get the valve covers off. Check my sig line for details.

I changed cams in my 07 hammer. Its not to bad just be patient and take ur time. If u have any questions ask away someone on here will help if they can. Good luck

Can you even get the heads off the bkke without pulling the motor out??

Make sure you double check the timing before you go back with it.
