Default Scotpio keyless ignition system

Hey anybody out there using the scorpio keyless system I need some help. I installed the system with no hitch except one and that is one of the remotes doesn't lock or unlock the bike. It shows it locks and unlocks but no button function. I tried to do the unplug and plug, hit the ignition 3 time then it is supposed to go into the learning mode but that didn't work. Anybody have this issue with a remote sure could use some help here........thanks.....two-dogs.........PS don't tell me to call Scorpio they told me to call a Victory dealer and that was no help either....

Does one remote (key fob) work the system fine and one doesn't? If so, mine did that as well. I had to fully charge both key fobs and then I did the learning process for both remotes. After that, no more problem. As a point of reference, my key fobs take several days each to fully charge.

All the best,

Mark
