RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES (Excluding APPAREL): We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there are ever any problems with an order you receive from us or you wish to return or exchange an item don't hesitate to immediately email or call us to resolve the problem and get a Return Authorization number (RA) for your merchandise. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we need to charge a fee for returns or exchanges.
To receive a Refund for merchandise less S&H and less 20% restocking fee, it must be new, unused, never installed or mounted and must include all of the original packaging. We also must receive this merchandise no later than 21 days from the date that you received it. There are no refunds after 21 days.
To receive an In Store Credit (Without a Restocking Fee) towards a future purchase or to exchange merchandise, the same conditions apply as with a Refund except there will be no Restocking Fee.
All shipping charges that apply to the return or exchange of merchandise, must be paid by the customer. All returns and exchanges must be shipped prepaid and include a return authorization number (RA) on the outside of the box and must be shipped insured with payment for re-shipment on exchanges. All Returns MUST have a Return Authorization (RA) Number and be Received Back in the Original Packaging or they will not be accepted by our Shipping Dept. They Will be returned back to you with No Credit Issued.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON: Any BodyWork, Electrical Parts including But Not limited to: ( CLEAR TAIL LIGHTS, Signals, Markers, ALL Power Commanders, Ignition Modules, Quickshifters) , Wheels/Rims, Jet Kits, Special Order Items, OR Any Products that have been opened, tampered with or Installed. We have to be able to Resell it.
Cancellations: For orders that Have Already Been Processed, Pulled, Packaged, and are getting ready to ship, you will be charged a 10% Cancellation fee. If your order has already Shipped, then obviously, we are not longer able to cancel it. Please see Returns In this case.
If the product is on BACK ORDER, we absolutely Will NOT Charge any Fees at all to cancel your order.
Warranty: All Warranties are honored by the product Manufacturers. Please be sure to save your Invoices. In the event of a warranty claim, you will most likely be asked by the manufacturer for an original invoice. We will do our best to assist you with Any Warranty Claims.
Liability: Racing motorcycles on a enclosed track, or other surfaces alike, the riders release all liabilities to all those affiliated with them. All performance products listed on the Website are made for RACE purposes ONLY. We do not endorse use of these products anywhere but on an enclosed circuit or track.
