Default Doing a pipe swap

Im doing a pipe swap with a member here, we live about 4 hours apart and plan on meeting half way. So that nothing is missed, can someone chime in and correct me if Im missing something.

My Thors for stockers.
Of course I need to bring the exhaust system and the bracket it mounts too. And he needs to bring the same with the brackets, of course. His is a Vegas mine a Pin, I assume we also have to swap over the lower frame piece that gets cut for the thor.

Is there anything else I might have forgotten? Dont want to drive 2.5 hours and realize either of us left something behind lol.

Maybe you want to grab some spare exhaust gaskets? They will prevent having to take it back apart later for decel popping or exhaust leak.

You may have to pull the oil coolers.

yeah for when i installed the thors on my bike oil cooler and the engine had to be reposition.

Im guessing nothing is needed to hand over in the swap besides the exhaust system, the lower frame that was cut for the thor. and he needs to bring the his lower frame section that isnt cut right.
