Default Mirror perch size

Guys, looking to replace the tiny mirrors on my Hammer, but in order to get the right set, I am asked if the mirror perch is a 10mm ??? and I am told that the ones I am about to order have 140mm theaded studs.

Dunno about the Hammer, but Cross bikes have 10mm female threads in their perches.

be careful the power wire color on the left side mirror is different color on the right. Use a volt meter to check

The reason it's important is because if it's reversed it will kill the auto canceling signal module; a $200 part.

Alright, got the mirrors today and they are mounted. I have yet to connect them.

As warned, my stock turn signals are different colors.

Right side is black and red/blue, left side is black and full blue.

My new mirrors are straight forward red for positive and white for negative....

Am I wrong to think that white goes with black on both sides and the red(pos) with the colored omwe on both sides?!!!

Just worried about the warning above:-S can't find my voltmeter:@
