Changing Tri Ovals to V&H - need map?
I picked up a set of Vance & Hines slip-ons for my 2012 Cross Country. The bike previously had the Lloyd's timing wheel (+4, I believe), Tri Oval pipes, Vic performance air filter from the pipe kit and the Victory-supplied computer flash for the Tri Ovals. Everything worked well with that setup for most of the bike's 25,000 miles.
By swapping to the V&H pipes can I leave everything else alone and have a relatively safe/normal setup? Or are the V&H pipes sufficiently different from the Tri Ovals that I need to get a fuel mapper and map it? I'm not looking to squeeze the last drop of power from things, just have a nice touring bike with a good sound.
