The sounds are normal to my ears. The 106 isn't a particularly quiet engine, but I do have questions you need to answer before we can offer help.
What oil are you using?
How do you check the oil level?
How long do you warm up the engine before taking off?
What revs do you use for shifting?
What revs do you use to travel?
Have you checked the exhaust header nuts for tightness?
Are there any mods? Timing wheel? Pipes?

It doesn't sound broken or in need of a new top end.

Listen to Ricz and try and fix it with a different oil etc first.
If these things don't fix it which they could because these motors often have quite a bit of top end noise, you might try this. Listen to the valve cover of each head and see if one is much noisier than the other Do this with an engine stethoscope or just placing your ear to a screw driver handle while touching the cylinder head cover with the other end. If cylinder head is significantly noisier see below.

Note the noisy cyinder then switch the cam chain tensioners in the two cylinders and see if the noise moves to the quiet cylinder when you put the chain tensioner from the noisy cylinder in it.

I believe you have to pull the rear pipe to do this. Furthermore be careful. The front and rear cam chain tensioner covers/plugs are not the same. Only the tensioners inside are. Also one assembly takes a rubber snubber (front)and the other doesn't. Don't try and run it without the snubber (SLEEVE-DAMPER,CAM DRIVE ) in place and in the correct place. You may be in for a major repair bill if you do. Place an index mark on the Tensioner plugs before loosening them with a magic marker and re tighten to that mark.

If the noise moves to the quiet cylinder when you exchange the tensioners then you need to replace the tensioner that when you move it to a cylinder, it makes it noisy.

sounds normal. fyi you can get pretty good at telling when oil needs changed by shifting. It will not be as smooth or clean shifting. once you get use to it you will know.

Oil is full and ok Did you check the level with the bike on the side stand or vertical?
Couple mins for warmup 1 to 2 minutes is good.
Revs 3kish with the occasional 38-4k These engines like to rev, shift at over 3K and up to 4500 or more.
2800-2600 is cruising never over 3k Make that ALWAYS over 3K. Do not go into 6th gear until you are going over 70 mph. You have been lugging the engine.

Stock x pipes baffles removed
I did the screwdriver ear trick on the covers the front possibly seemed louder but not by much

Sounds normal. Best think I can say is go find some other vic's and listen to them. Go to dealer and test ride author vic. When out of site of dealer pull over and listen to motor. Even go to a local biker bar if its warm where you are and see what you can find out.
Yes the old screwdriver trick works I like a long broom handle to get me farther away from the motor. As you noticed one sounds louder then the other thats about normal.

+ Yes, oil level is checked with the bike vertical.
+ Look like? Like you are going very fast. When shifting, I have hit the rev limiter a few times.
+ You are very welcome. Now you will have more fun while making life easier for your engine.
