Top one is that part of the Evap system like a charcoal canister in the auto industry.. Can it be removed with out throwing and lights ??
Second one is like a belt guard can I remove it ? Is there a purpose for it ??
Any help would be great, thanks in advance..

The lower belt guard can easily be removed and it looks much better without it if you have aftermarket pipes. As to the canister I can't say as my bike does not have one.

You have a California only bike... 49 state bikes don't have the canister.

evo.jpg Just have to connect hose 3 to 1 or plug hoses. This allows fumes that leave the tank to be re-burnt when the engine is fired up..It does not hurt the performance of the bike.
