Default ecu reflashing

i am hoping some dealers can help if they read these forums.I want to go back to stock flash on a 2007 hammer so i can run Lloydz fuel controller. My dealer says the flash is 203$ i said why do i have to pay for the stock flash?I understanding paying for him to reflash hour labour. He said he has never flashed ecu back to stock and does not know if the software will let him get access to stock flash without paying. He said when he flashes stage1 he has to enter a code thats purchased it lets him download the flash. He is saying the only way to find out is try and i dont want to pay hour labour to find out he cant go back to the stock download without me paying 203 for the download.Hoping someone can give some help on this. Thanks

It is easy for the dealer to download and install the stock map and costs him nothing but 5 minutes of his time.
