Default Lighting Questions

Ok so I have a 2008 Vegas 8-Ball that I recently installed the g-dawg keyless ignition system on. So now as I approach the bike with the fob in my pocket the accessory lights come on. What I would like to do is wire it so as I approach the bike custom leds (green) would come on instead of the accessory lights, but then as I start the bike the leds turn off and it is business as usual. Can this be done? If so, how?

Three relays-
One turns the LEDs on when you approach using the power to accessory lights as a trigger.
One breaks ground on your accessory lights to deactivate them triggered by the same accessory lights power.
One on the ground side of the LEDs gets triggered by a switched power like headlights and breaks the LED ground killing the LEDs.
Put a switch in that relay trigger to interrupt trigger power and restore LED ground when you want LEDs while switched power is on.

Use existing power for triggers and bring new power from the battery for powering LEDs. Use fuse.

A bunch of other ways to get the same result. That's a 20 dollar version.
