Default Did the throttle reset clear my map on my PCIII????

Ahhhh dang it, i did the throttle reset and im starting to think it cleared my map on my power commander ?? Any one know if this is true??

From what I understand the 2008 models have nothing to do with throttle reset. Its closed loop

I would have probably agreed with you but the only thing is, my bike popped and bike fired all the time when i would be on the gas and let off then get back on again. Obviously it was getting too much fuel. Thats why i thought id do the throttle reset just to see if anything happen. well it helped a lot, i rarely get a back fire now. That being said, i think i cleared my map. It was because of the map why it was getting to much fuel to the cylinders . But i could be wrong tho

Throttle reset does nothing to an 08 and up bike, and has ZERO effect on a PC. That said...You do have a computer with some adaptive logic, and it may have coincidentally adjusted itself at the same time
