Default Reconnecting a new ACM

I have a 2007 Hammer. Will some please help me reconnect a new ACM without blowing it. Heres my delimma. I'm fairly certain I blew the old one when my wire harness broke free from the fender and my back tire ate it for lunch. My taillight is also toast but Im not too worried about it now. I have led turn signals in the front and rear. I opened up the headlight and found that the right front turn signal appears to be connected correctly, cross polarity. But now I have been reading that the rear signal lights may be wired cross polarity as well. Now im stuck. Is it possible that all the signal lights were wired correctly and that the short from the exposed wire harness caused the ACM to blow?

The only thing I can tell you is go to the auto parts store and pick up a test meter so you know what is what.
Don't assume what is power or what is not.
Even go to the tech section and see if you can find something your not the loan ranger when it comes to this.

I did the same thing the other day too , but I have a 2006 vegas. I lowered it and I chewed through all my wires going to the tail light and turn signals. I fixed the wires and re routed them, the tail light works perfect now the turn signals do not but the green light flashes fast light the light bulbs are burnt out. I have looked every where for the ACM but I have not found it. Does any one know where or what it looks like?? P-ranger
