Every Vic ever made takes a Wix 51356, or NAPA 1356.

Default An Oil Filter

I only needed one oil filter -- not heavy decision making.

But thanks to all for the info. I'll file it for future reference.

Since I'm new to this Victory thingy, I will need all the "hep" I can get.

Almost afraid to ask about the kind of oil most Vic use. I always used Rotella-T in my '93 GL 1500. So I guess I'll give it a try in the V92C.

Here's the K&N oil filter for your bike:

- in black, (PN: KN-303): http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...px?Prod=KN-303

- in chrome, (PN: KN-303C): http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...x?Prod=KN-303C

Your local PEP BOYS/AUTOZONE/OREILLY carry them. Give 'em a call to make sure they have them in stock.

Please add your bike's year and model to your signature. Here's why.

Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

Our forum has an entire section dedicated to oil. You might want to have a look here before your next oil change: https://www.victoryforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=25. Better safe than sorry.

I have been told that WIX makes one of the better filters on the market. I have not verified this.
