Default Exhaust upgrade from OEM question.

The dealer told me that something has to be cut off of my bike if I upgrade from the OEM exhaust, and that I can't go back to stock after it's done. Is this true? If so, what the heck gets cut off?

Well, I have an 05 Kingpin. And I have my frame rail cut off to accommodate an aftermarket exhaust. I can still just buy a new frame rail and bolt it on if I want to go back to stock exhaust. I'm pretty sure you can too. That frame rail is not welded on, it is bolted on.
