Default Do you wanna smile?

If you do...I recommend the conquest under drive pulley. SNAP! Ok to make a long story short...I have my full complement of LLoyds products on my XC, including the ecm reprogram. After I installed the vm-1 DR cams, I felt like the bottom tq just wasn't quite there. So I ordered the underdrive pulley from Conquest. Well after sitting all winter long I was able to take it for a spin and it was a very nice improvement. Before (I'm a large aka out of shape individual) starting out in 2nd was doable but had to be finessed...now.. shoot I could come off the light and damn near drop the clutch in second and she'll pull right off to idle. It was one of the best if not the best mod (performance wise) I've done to date.

2012 XC Imperial Blue/Blacked out, LLoyds filter, LLoyds timing wheel,
VM1 DR cams, PC5, LLoyds ECM, Big Gonzo, KM meat hook bars (internally wired), Conquest underdrive pulley, KM instrument bezels, JTD lowers with speakers, PBR300 amp with Polk 6.5, .40 cal cheese wedges, tinted turn and tail

I was very exited to receive this cool BLING even when other say it leaks, mine does not leak,

I just have NO CLUE what this Fahrenheit means without an conversion table in my pocket, in traffic jams the bike gets so &^%# hot that even 2 times it "cuts" out by itself,

Now for every traffic light i just switch off the bike, and when I am home, I forgot all the numbers already....... so Dipstick reflects on my "feeling" regarding this subject

WHY THE UNDER DRIVE PULLEY IS NOT MADE FOR JACKPOT.....

hahahah

I have NEVER heard of a Vic overheating. Not to say it doesn't happen, but so few and far between and only when something is very, very wrong. They are notorious for not running hot at events when Harleys are dropping like flies. Need that bike checked.....

Well it was not my intention to "hack" beast30 his tread about his under-drive pulley, (that there is NON for Jackpot)

But I am very glad there is no history of overheating, so I will keep track of my Fahrenheit dipstick and see what happens, my bike runs great by the way?

maybe somebody will request a under-drive pulley for ALL MODELS Victory's

hey beast! you have a lot of upgrades that im considering , a few questions, first with the lloyds ats it says on his site not for use with pc-5 because the timing wheel is up to 2500 rpm and the pc-5 takes that out of the picture. now my dealer told me for the cams to add the pc-5, i now have the ness big shot. am i gettin confused? or is there a simple explanation here... im also curious about your lack of torque with the cam install... or are those a different spec than the low end touring cams lloydz offers? a lot to ask but if you could explain it would be very helpfull. i have an e-mail in to lloydz but i know hes busy. thanks!

It's easy !

The formula is :

F - 32/1.8.

Or, easier to remember - take 30 off the Fahrenheit number then halve it.

For example, F120 - 30 = 90, divided by 2 = 45c.

Using the correct formula gives us 49c.

Bd , Lloyd's ATS wheel will adjust the timing from basically idle all the way to your rev limit. The pc5 will (as I've read and heard) only adjust from approx 2500 rpm and up to your rev limit. Doesn't mean you have to use it but that option is there to adjust. You have to manually input the pc5 to whatever timing you want. At this time I have "no timing change on the pc5, I only have the timing adjusted on the ATS wheel from Lloyd's. So basically both units can and will work together nicely. There is a extremely lengthy thread describing the timing wheel under the tech and performance heading in this forum.
As for my loss or lack there of bottom end tq is purely my feeling and possibily the fact that I'm running the honkers exhaust and my pc5 isn't tune right. Which I'm correcting next week with a visit down to the Vic shop for a dyno tune. I don't run cross country with my bike maybe 300 miles a day and for me the 7% rpm differential for utilizing the under drive pulley was well worth it. It is true that with Lloyd's cams the bottom end tq isn't quite as strong as the stock cams but with the timing wheel if definitely helps to fill that void.

2012 XC Imperial Blue/Blacked out, LLoyds filter, LLoyds timing wheel,
