Default High Ball handlebars on Vegas?

I wish they were chrome, but I guess black would be ok. Does anyone know if I would need to get extended cables?

My guess on the cables would be yes since the Vegas has some of the lowest bars in the line and the High Ball the highest.

As for the chrome, you don't neccessarily have to stick with Victory bars. I have a set of Harley bars on our Vulcan that required drilling one hole. We had dirt bike bars on one of the Sportsters that took a whole lot of doing. Just make sure when are bar shopping that you take into account the distance between the risers. I see alot of people put on apes that look a little silly because they go with a bar that is either too wide or too narrow aesthetically

Yeah, mine are low...but it you were to swivel them up they would be approximately the same height as High Ball apes...I was thinking I might not, I wish someone knew for sure.
