Default Garmin Zumo 665LM

Has anyone tried to use Victory GPS Audio Integration Harness to run Garmin Zumo 665LM through XC speaker system vs bluetooth the Zumo 660 made by Garmin sold by Victory does but Garmin tech seemed to think that although plugs compatible wouldn't transfer through XC speaker system. Said HD & BMW had that trouble so couldn't confirm would.

Gonna follow along on your question.

Just added the 665LM today and found out that it will NOT pair with my dockBoss in the saddle bag. So no satellite music through my speakers?

I'm here searching for a way to get the 665 Sounds through the speakers as well, so glad you asked.

I got an adapter to plug my Garmin 665 into the harness in the left side glove box on my CCT. I unplugged the Ipod adapter and plugged in the cable with a 3.5mm jack in it. Works great! I use my 665 as an MP3 player, GPS, and weather alert. Got it from my local dealer.

Pat - so is the harness in the "left side glove box" the same as the connector the XC has in our right-rear saddlebag? Meaning if I disconnect the iPod adapter I can do the same thing back there?

One more question - which cable were you using to make this connection? Was this the Victory Auxiliary Audio Cord?

Thanks,
Dan
