Smile torque wrench specs front wheel

Hi Guys, I am doing front wheel conversion on 2011 vegas 8 ball, 21 to 18 inch I was wondering If anyone had the tension settings for front axle nut, fork pinch bolts and rotor bolts. I dont have a service manual yet............Thanks in Advance

I don't have the manual in front of me... I can look when I get home tomorrow. But the pinch bolts aren't much... 18 ft.lbs I believe. The main axle just needs to be snugged up good and the pinch bolts do the rest. Ill look tomorrow.

Thanks for the replie Stretch, I guess the rotor bolts would also be 18 ft lb are same diameter as pinch bolts, axle must be around 40 ft lb or so, If you could check in your manual would be appreciated..........Just to be sure I dont over tension them................Thanks.......

Rotor Bolts 30Nm/ 22ft/lbs

Main Axle 47.5 Nm / 35fl/lbs

Pinch Bolts 24Nm/ 18ft/lbs
(Retorque after initial torque)

Thanks Stretch, I will have to get myself a service manual so Im not flying blind doing things to bike.Plan on doing cams next year after bike out of warranty..................
