Default Help identify these pipes please

Bought this for my dad for fathers day anyone know what pipes these are? Also why are they turning white bad paint bike only has 5k on it.
I checked the plugs doesn't appear to be running to lean to me any thoughts??

Those look like some version of Hacker exhausts. This pic below are called Joker's. They also look a lot like some Hooker pipes I had on an HD Night Train some years ago. Hooker stopped making MC pipes.

It looks like the engine is running too lean. With EFI bikes like Vic's looking at the plug doesn't do a lot of good because of how the ECU controls the rich/lean at different rpm's. For what it's worth the tune might be letting fuel burn just inside the header pipe which could also cause that. I'm surprised there isn't a heat shield on it.
