I have no idea nor any idea why one would buy those ugly rusted dented pipes............

Arlen Ness pipes and the little metal strip is actually part of the pipe from Ness. The dent could be fixed at local exhaust shop probably. Decent price for aftermarket exhaust.

215 for pipes plus 50-75 to fix dent another 150-200 for chrome or coating plus 1-2 weeks until they are ready. Doesn't seem like a good deal to me but I guess if you like the looks that's all that matters.

2011 vegas 8ball PCV, swept pipes rpw modified baffles, llyodz vm1-dr cam, ats +4, 1/4 throttle, ud pulley and ness intake.
KMC tuned 114hp/125ft/lbs

Skip the recoat and just wrap. Better than 600-1000 for a set of pipes in some cases.
