Default rear rotor and puller torque spec?

im taking my rear tire to a guy to have my tire put on, I don't have a manual and hes mainly a Harley shop. will he have to take the pulley and rotor off? if so does anyone have the torque specs?

Nothing should have to come off the wheel to just replace the tire .. except the tire itself.

You might have to pull the rear pulley Vic's are bigger the h-d and the jaws on the tire machine might nick them

I had to pull the rotor and pulley to change my tire. That was just so it would fit in the bead breaker...

I'd like to have the torque specs for the guy, just in case.
