If you find something that works for you there is no problem what so ever about sharing the info. People are generally lazy f's that would rather sit on the couch and complain about their weight and do nothing to lose it. Once they decide to start eating healthy they quickly find that eating healthy is much more expensive than eating a crap diet. If they were given the choice of a $.99 frozen pizza or a $2.99 Lean Cuisine they're going to go for the pizza.
If there is a miracle pill, patch, ointment (suppositories aren't marketed much for some reason) that is guaranteed to make them lose weight some will try it but I've found that more people tend to navigate toward supplements that give them energy. I would have to agree with those people; energy equals movement - movement equals burned calories.
Food for thought: the U.S. is the only country in the world that has government aide programs in which a large pecentage of the recipients are morbidly obese.
