I just splurged for a set of Cobra Tri-Ovals. As you know, they are very spendy and were not something I was prepared to pay for when I first bought my bike. I opted for the WD's, which sound great, but I really love the look and sound of the Tri-Ovals so I knew I would make the change eventually. That said, I am selling my Witchdoctor High-Performance Voo-Doo Series Exhaust and Witchdoctor Exhaust Tips (for XR/XC/XCT). I will sell the exhaust and the tips seperately, but will reward a complete purchase. The pieces are as follow:
I am asking $200.00 for the exhaust seperately, and $150.00 for the tips. You can have the entire package for $300.00, plus shipping. It's hard to tell in the pics, but the tips perfectly match my black and aluminum wheels.
You will need to have a Stage 1 Flash done to your ECU and a high-flow air filter added to your bike as well for them to perform properly, but that is pretty easily done and not too expensive. This is a nice addition at a very reasonable price. Message me here if interested. These pipes will remain on my bike until late Friday afternoon April 25th, when the new ones are scheduled to go on, but I figured I'd go ahead and get them posted.
Here is a YouTube sound clip of my bike right after I installed them...they do sound pretty bad-ass if I do say so myself....
Sorry Larry....those sold before they even came off the bike. The guy who jumped on them got a steal of a deal. I got my Tri-Ovals on and really love'em. I added a PCV and pulled the air restrictor off from under the tank, so she sounds like a Hoover but breathes like a thoroughbred....! The Tri-Ovals have a little deeper tone, yet are a bit mellower at cruising speeds. Victory is sure proud of them though....
Sweet set up w/BT Tri-Ovals with the PCV! I like the sound of the Tri's too and yes they are costly.
I've got the same ones going on my XCT with the PCV and other Lloydz goodies in a few days, with a Tune.
You will love those upgrades for sure. I got lucky with a good map, so I will save the $300 on the tune for now....but for sure a good Dyno-tune is the most exact way to get all your goodies humming in harmony...like an orchestra...!
