Default 00 SC Front Wheel Removal

Hey, I've got a 2000 SC that I need to change the front tire. I wouldn't have thought getting the axle out was that big a deal but it seems to be fighting me. I've got the brakes off, 1 hex head loose but the other side is giving me the problem.
Any tricks I should know? I'd appreciate any help you can give me

Scrider, not trying to jump in your wrench turning but reading this I just wanted to remind you during reassambly to torque the 2 pinch bolts on the axle side fork, then torque the axle nut and finally the two remaining pinch bolts on the axle nut side. German torque value of "GoodEnTIGHT" may cause you a head ach on down the road. Safe ridin!!!
