Jigsaw, 24 tooth blade, random orbital sander with 120, 180 and 220 paper (makes it easier). Mask off the windshield where you want to cut wiht enough masking tape so that the saw does not touch the windshield. draw out your line on the tape then cut leaving the line exposed. Take your sander with 120 paper and sanddown to the line. then switch paper to 180 and round the cut edge, follow that with 220 paper to really get it smooth. Then remove tape and ride. Takes longer to layout the line and get it right than it does to cut and smooth.
