Default New V92TC, Floorboard issues

Hey everyone,

New member here. Tried to search for some help through pasts posts and couldn't really find anything.

Last year I bought a 2004 V92TC and pretty much garaged it until this season. Now that I'm riding it daily I've noticed my floorboards lean out from what I'm assuming is a wreck by the previous owner. I have no way to be sure though. My left footboard leans out a little more severely than the right, and both boards are missing the supporting springs. I can't imagine the spring would make much difference, though.

Ideally, I'd like to just replace the floorboards with fixed boards, as I hate the flip up style. Sometimes when I'm shifting back to 1st at a red light, my foot will flip the board up by accident. I can't find any bracket or adapter or anything that can achieve this online, has anyone else had to do this? Or know how I can fix the boards I have?

I don't think any aftermarket floorboards where ever made for the
cruisers. as far as the floorboard flipping up is because the spring is missing. eBay has some floorboards listed, but they are stock.
dealer might still have the springs if you just want to replace them.
