Default OTS connection removal

How do I get the connection apart? I don't want to break it.
I pushed in the tab and the grey clip came out the top, what's next? Wire connection wiggles but does not come out.

Thanks

What's the ots? Or do you mean tps? Are you trying to get to it with the tank and air box on or off?

Default Oil Temp Sensor

Since the sensor remains in the vertical, it can collect water. I want to service the connection as per the manual

That's cool, 'cause this bike has both.
Oil Temp and Pressure sensors.

Sensor plug would not come free so I stuck the locking device back in and will take another look this winter.

Going to go take a ride after replacing the TPS
